Residential estate management is our core business here at Open Spaces.
Open Spaces look after and maintain the shared external areas of an estate that have not been adopted by the Local Authority.
Landscaping is usually at the centre of our services at most residential estates, but there are other areas to consider within the estate charge of a development.
Services are tailored and range across all types and sizes of developments. Maintenance and service requirements under our management remit vary across each site and can include:

We also act on behalf of many smaller, bespoke developers and always tailor our services in line with the requirements for each site.
Before the first estate charge is issued by us here at Open Spaces we will write out to all homeowners with a welcome pack providing key information. This ensures all owners are aware of their obligations for the estate charge within the legal contract signed on completion when purchasing the property.
Our Estate Managers regularly inspect every development to ensure the highest quality of service is being provided and our dedicated Central Services teams are able to assist homeowners with all types of enquiries relating to the shared areas on the estate.
