In-house support teams
Our Central Services Team are the first point of contact for any queries or estate issues. You can call them to report a maintenance issue, pay your estate charge, or with any other general enquiry.
In the unlikely event that they cannot help you, or they need to refer your query, they will ensure that matters are dealt with as efficiently and effectively as possible.
Central Services are available Monday to Friday during business hours. However, we provide a 24/7 service with an Out of Hours team, and at no additional cost to you.
Our Finance Team ensures that estate funds are accounted for accurately and with transparency.
They work closely with the Estate Managers to prepare clear, accurate, itemised annual accounts after each year end to show actual spend against budget.
Our in house administration teams have a wealth of experience in all aspects of estate and property management.
We act as Company Secretary for many Resident Management Companies to ensure Companies House obligations are covered, as well as providing a wide array of other quality services.
